The aluminum extensions feature an optimized design to prevent material from getting stuck on the edges during loading and scattering during transport. In addition to standard models, hook-lift versions are available to increase versatility and company productivity. Each model is also available in the "T" version with a round-shaped body in wear-resistant/Domex steel and an oversized track chassis, industrial axles, and industrial parabolic leaf spring suspensions, designed for heavy-duty loading and transport. Special bodies are also available with fully protected rear tailgate opening mechanisms, and sideboards in steel, aluminum, or a combination of both materials.
Versions with hook-lift bodies, oversized chassis track, and industrial axles up to 60 km/h are also available. The structure is designed for easy removal of the hook-lift body to facilitate the multi-purpose use of this trailer. Suspensions can be industrial 4-leaf parabolic springs (with the first leaf separated) or Ror/ADR types.
The "T" series round-body versions with pneumatic braking feature a chassis built from S355 EN 10025 steel with an oversized track. The industrial axles, type-approved for up to 60 km/h, feature oversized bearings and approved braking systems. The body has a round section in wear-resistant/Domex steel and extensions in aluminum or galvanized steel. Discharge is managed by an oversized cylinder with up to 9 stages, positioned at the center of the turntable, with hardened rods.
