Agrimec by Crosetto Elio & C. undertakes to repair any possible manufacturing fault which might show during the 12 months warranty period, starting from the delivery date to the buyer. The warranty excludes deficiencies and faults due to an anomalous use of the machine and those of the parts subject to wear. In order to benefit from the warranty, the buyer should promptly notify the breakdown to the Company, so that the latest would be able to make the appropriate checks and repairs.

No warranty is granted in connection with::

• contractual duty of payment not complied by the buyer;
  

• lack of proper maintenance and disrespect of the scheduled interval intervention mentioned by the handbook;
  

• structural modifications without prior written consent of the construction company;
  

• the use of not original spare parts or Accessorieses;
  

• modified, removed or erased machine identification number;
  

• breakings or damages caused by negligence or use of machines in conditions not consented or indicated by the handbook.
